Tweekart is a marketplace, so items from different sellers ship separately, each from its seller's own location. Each parcel is charged at the courier's rate for its weight, size and route to your address, and the total is shown at checkout before you pay. Cash on delivery can add to the courier's charge. Items marked “Free delivery” ship at the seller's cost.

You'll get status updates as each parcel moves through Placed → Confirmed → Packed → Shipped → Delivered, with the courier and tracking number once it is booked. An order with items from several sellers arrives in several parcels, which may come on different days. Track them any time from your orders.

COD is available on eligible orders and pincodes. Keep the exact amount ready; our delivery partner may not carry change.
